Emergency Procedure Guidelines
Please read the below carefully.
This document outlines the procedures to be followed in the event of an emergency at Solo60, ensuring all users know how to respond to various situations, including medical emergencies, fire hazards, and other safety incidents.
1. First Aid Procedures
First Aid Kits:
A fully stocked First Aid Kit is located within all sites and clearly marked with signage. It contains supplies to address minor injuries such as cuts, abrasions, and burns. Please ensure that you use the kit responsibly and notify Solo60 when used so a member of the team can replenish items.
In Case of Injury:
If you are injured, use the First Aid Kit to treat the wound. In the case of an injury/incident, immediately contact Solo60 support (or emergency services in the case of a serious injury), using the methods mentioned in the document below in section 5.
2. Fire Emergency Procedures
Fire Signage and Fire Exits:
Fire exits are clearly marked throughout the gym with fire exit signs. Fire extinguishers are located on all sites and are clearly marked with signage, with wall mounted Fire Action Signs providing steps to take in case of a fire. Please take note of their locations upon entering the facility.
In Case of Fire:
Do not panic. Remain calm and exit the building via the nearest fire exit. Activate the fire alarm if it hasn’t already been triggered.
Do not attempt to fight the fire unless you are trained to do so. Use a fire extinguisher only if the fire is small and manageable.
Evacuate the building immediately, using the designated fire exits.
