I love working with clients who want to become stronger, fitter and more confident, regardless of their starting point. I help people build sustainable habits while improving their strength and fitness. I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with experience working with clients of different fitness levels, as well as two years’ experience teaching spin and group classes. One of my most rewarding experiences was helping a client who had undergone a knee replacement after being neglected by physiotherapy. I helped them rebuild their confidence to the point where they were able to take part in my 30-minute Latino spin class. I became a PT because I love helping people discover what they’re capable of and seeing the positive impact that can have on their lives.
