I specialise in strength training and love working with clients who are serious about getting stronger but haven’t had training that has delivered results before. I’m a Level 2 and Level 3 NASM Certified Personal Trainer with experience working in a premium London gym, where I was consistently recognised by clients for my knowledge, exceptional care and service. My approach is individualised, evidence-based and built around each client’s goals rather than a template. One client came to me with little experience of proper form or movement patterns. Months later, she moves with real confidence, performing every squat, hinge and press with control and genuinely feeling strong. Seeing that transformation from uncertainty to confidence is exactly why I love this work. I became a PT after years of paying for premium gyms without getting the results I wanted, and even being injured by trainers who didn’t know what they were doing. I wanted to become the trainer I wish I’d had. Having previously worked in financial services, I also understand what it’s like to want real results without wasting time.
