I work with individuals looking to improve their athletic performance, whether they’re competing in sport or working towards that level. My approach is performance-focused, with an emphasis on developing strength, speed, power and overall athleticism, drawing on my background in high-level football and years of experience in strength and performance coaching. One client came to me after being out of football for a year due to injuries, with the goal of improving his athletic performance enough to return to the game and secure a semi-professional contract. Through an intense three-month programme, we focused on getting him faster and stronger and performing at his best. We achieved that goal, and he now plays for Brentwood Town FC.
