I’m a Level 3 qualified PT with 4 years’ experience and a Level 2 Animal Flow Instructor with 5 years’ experience. I specialise in training women 40+, combining movement and strength training for maximum versatility. I help clients build confidence and work towards their goals. One of my oldest clients had not seen the upstairs of her house for some time, as hip and knee replacements had left her with limited mobility. Mobility training helped her trust her body again and gave her an accessible place to start, with plenty of opportunity to progress. Watching her climb two flights of stairs unassisted was one of my biggest rewards. I know first-hand how important strength and mobility are for women 40+.
