I specialise in working with women who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident, but struggle to know what to do in the gym or stay consistent on their own. I help you build strength and improve your fitness. I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor, CrossFit Instructor, and Boxing Coach, with experience coaching everyone from complete beginners to those looking to improve their strength and performance. My coaching style is supportive but challenging. One of my clients came to me in her 60s struggling with back pain, stairs, and everyday movements, while lacking confidence in what her body was capable of. Through consistent strength training, she became stronger, moved with more confidence, and was able to do things that had previously felt difficult. Seeing that improvement in her everyday life is one of the things I’m most proud of. I became a PT because I genuinely love helping people realise how strong and capable they can be.
