I specialise in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation, with a particular interest in hip and lower-limb conditions. I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with 6+ years’ experience, combining thorough clinical assessment, hands-on treatment and progressive strength-based rehabilitation to help clients recover and return to the activities they enjoy. One patient I’m particularly proud of returned to high-level sport following complex hip surgery, after initially struggling with pain, weakness and confidence in movement. Through progressive rehabilitation, we rebuilt their strength, capacity and confidence until they were able to return to the sport and training they loved. I want every client to feel listened to, understood and confident in their recovery. I’ll always explain what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and make sure treatment is tailored to their individual goals.
