I focus on lasting progress, whether that’s strength, fat loss, recovery, or peak performance in running, cycling, and triathlon. With 15 years of experience, I help clients build strength, endurance, and confidence through structured, science-based coaching that is both challenging and enjoyable. Some of the results I’m most proud of include helping a client go from 120kg to 82kg, improving a half marathon time from 2.5 hours to 1 hour 35 minutes, achieving an FTP of over 300 watts, and building up to 10 bodyweight pull-ups. I love helping people discover what they’re capable of, often achieving far more than they thought possible. I take your goals seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously. Training should be challenging, purposeful, and enjoyable.
