I’m a specialist in goal setting, helping people achieve their goals while getting fitter and stronger. I have a strong interest in core strength, sports injury prevention, and rehabilitation exercises. I’m a Level 3 PT and have been working in fitness for nearly 15 years. I like to think outside the box, finding ways to keep training fun and interesting, while creating a space where you can unwind and focus on you. I am extremely proud of all my clients and love seeing them work hard to achieve their goals and body transformations, sometimes within just a few weeks of training with me. I offer dedicated support to help people throughout their fitness journey. I love seeing people achieve their goals. Having realised I had a natural ability to motivate people and help them get stronger, becoming a PT was a natural progression for me.
