I am a boxing coach with three decades of experience, helping people learn a new skill while improving their fitness, coordination and confidence. I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with 15 years’ experience and a former professional boxing Commonwealth champion and world top-10 rated fighter. I bring my experience of elite-level training into my coaching, helping clients overcome both physical and mental barriers. One of my clients, who has a free bus pass, came to me four years ago wanting to learn boxing. Through slow, steady progression, he has significantly improved his strength and fitness, but is happiest with how much his hand-eye coordination has improved and how he has learned to use his body correctly. I became a PT to share my knowledge, experience and mindset from competing at the highest level, and to help people reach their physical and mental potential.
