I work with women aged 25–45 who are rebuilding their lives, helping them develop physical strength alongside mental clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of identity and purpose. As an NASM-certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, I take a holistic approach that combines structured strength training with mindset and identity work. My coaching style is clear and intentional, with genuine encouragement and accountability, helping clients build the discipline and confidence that extends far beyond the gym. One of my clients, a new mum, joined my 28-day programme feeling disconnected from herself and stuck in an exhausting routine. By the end of the programme, she had lost weight, developed visible muscle tone, and, most importantly, told me she finally had enough energy to actually enjoy her days rather than simply survive them. Watching her confidence return was the part that meant the most to me. I became a personal trainer because I believe real transformation happens when you train the body and the mind together. When you train with me, you can expect accountability and results, but also a coach who genuinely cares about who you are becoming—not just how you look.
