As a Level 3 Personal Trainer with five years of experience, I understand first-hand the challenges of balancing training with a demanding 9–5 job. My approach is about finding what works for you long-term. I won’t hold your hand, but I will hold you accountable. One of my first clients came to me struggling with her weight following COVID. We started small, building manageable habits at a pace she felt comfortable with. Over six months, she lost 25kg and became more confident in herself, no longer feeling afraid to wear dresses or have her photo taken. Seeing that transformation is a big part of why I do what I do. Having lost 25kg myself during COVID, I know how powerful that journey can be. As people around me began drawing inspiration from my progress and asking for help with their own goals, I decided to leave my desk job and dedicate myself to helping others make lasting changes.
