I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with 8 years’ experience. I’ve worked with a wide range of people from different ages and walks of life, helping them reach their goals. I’ve experienced the ups and downs of fat loss and muscle gain myself, which keeps my coaching relatable. At 58, she came to me having never been into a gym, lacking confidence and with low expectations of what she could achieve. She now trains three times a week, with two sessions independently, has improved her running, and is more dialled in with her nutrition. We focused on building muscle and strength, with weight loss naturally following from the plan. I became a PT after struggling with my own weight and having a PT who inspired me to help others in the same way. Leaving the corporate world to become a PT was genuinely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I think it’s one of the best jobs you can do.
