I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a background in competitive sport, including 15 years playing roller derby. My style is structured but supportive — delivering clear sessions, realistic goals, and plenty of encouragement, with a focus on helping you stay ON TRACK and progress at your own pace. One client came to me unsure of her technique and whether she really belonged in the gym. Together, we’ve worked on her barbell confidence, form, and understanding of what she needs to work on. She’s gone from second-guessing herself to knowing exactly what she’s doing and why. After having my daughter, strength training became my space to reset, rebuild my confidence, and reconnect with myself.
