I specialise in helping individuals recover from musculoskeletal injuries, manage chronic conditions, improve strength and conditioning, and navigate women’s health complications. I’m an HPCSA- and AHCS-accredited Exercise Physiologist and Biokineticist, specialising in evidence-based exercise interventions. I take a holistic and individualised approach, recognising that every client has different goals, challenges and circumstances. One client came to me shortly after undergoing a lumbar microdiscectomy, experiencing residual pain, reduced confidence in movement and significant limitations in daily activity. Through a structured, progressive rehabilitation programme focused on core and spinal control and graded loading, they were able to return to pain-free daily function. Through my work, I aim not only to restore movement and function but also to promote overall wellbeing. By considering both physical and lifestyle factors, I support clients in achieving sustainable, long-term outcomes.
