My style is structured but fun: clear programming and real accountability, paired with the motivation to keep you showing up on the days you don’t feel like it. One client came to me at 130kg and, over two years of consistent training, lost 40kg. She’s now 90kg and stronger than she’s ever been. Another, a desk-bound professional who couldn’t manage a full squat after years of sitting, worked with me on mobility until he could hit a full ass-to-grass squat. Those transformations, both physical and in confidence, are what make this job so rewarding. I became a PT because I genuinely love helping people succeed on their fitness journey.
