I work with active adults and high performers in their 30s–50s who are dealing with recurring injuries or performance issues. I have an MSc in Clinical Exercise Science, a BSc in Sport Science and over 10 years of coaching experience. My approach is highly data-driven: I thoroughly assess each client, use the results to build a programme around their individual goals, and reassess every eight weeks to track progress. One client, a recreational cyclist in his early 50s, came to me with recurring knee pain and declining power. Assessment identified a significant hip strength asymmetry that was affecting his knee loading. After 16 weeks, the asymmetry was corrected, his pain had resolved and his power output had recovered beyond where it was before we started. I became a PT after developing a strong passion for the human body and becoming fascinated by how training and nutrition can improve both physical and mental abilities. With me, clients can expect plenty of support both inside and outside sessions, with close attention to detail to help them achieve their goals.
