I specialise in working with busy professionals who want to get stronger, build confidence, and transform their body composition. I also use sports massage to help clients improve their recovery. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, my training background spans bodybuilding, Hyrox, and endurance running. My training style combines strength, conditioning, and endurance, with a strong focus on making training effective, enjoyable, and sustainable. One of the results I’m most proud of was helping a client who initially struggled to run 3km achieve his goal of completing a full Hyrox race. We built his fitness progressively, focusing on running, strength, and conditioning. Seeing him cross the finish line and accomplish something he once thought was out of reach was incredibly rewarding. I’m a PT because I genuinely love helping people become stronger and more confident. Training transformed my own confidence when I was a very shy kid, and I want to help others experience that same feeling.
