I’m delighted to train adults aged 30+, focusing on strength, fitness and postural health to help clients move better, feel stronger and become the best version of themselves. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, with training in strength and conditioning, posture correction and therapeutic massage. I combine my knowledge of exercise, movement and the body to create personalised training programmes tailored to each client. One client came to me struggling with recurring lower back discomfort and limited movement. Through personalised training focused on strength, mobility and posture, we worked together to improve how they moved and help them feel stronger and more confident in everyday life. I became a PT and therapist because I genuinely enjoy helping people feel better, stronger and more confident in their bodies. Every client is treated as an individual — we work at your pace and focus on what you really need.
