I specialise in working with busy professionals in their 30s–50s who spend most of their day sitting at a desk and want to move well, build strength, and feel good in their body again. Using corrective exercise, I help clients build strength and move with confidence. I’m a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach with a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training, plus a specialism in Performance Enhancement (NASM). I’ve spent almost a decade coaching, and I blend corrective exercise with strength programming to help clients train around injuries, joint issues, and their individual needs. One client came to me after a shoulder injury, needing a programme that worked alongside his physiotherapy and focused on rebuilding strength in the stabiliser muscles around the joint. Since then, his overall strength and body composition have improved significantly, and he still trains with me today using that same rehab-informed approach. Clients should know I take the time to actually understand what’s going on with their body before I ever write a single exercise for them.
