I’m a Strength & Conditioning Coach with 25 years’ experience. My clients range from absolute beginners to elite-level professional athletes, with a specialism in strength and power training for older populations. I have 25 years of coaching experience in sport, 17 years of personal training in the commercial fitness industry, and 6 years as an S&C Coach working in professional combat sports. When Andy first came to me 5 years ago, at the age of 57, he had been competing as a triathlete for many years but was experiencing crippling neck pain. His movement quality had also suffered from spending so many hours on the bike. We started to focus on mobility, movement quality, full-body resistance training, and power. Andy is now pain-free and fitter than ever. I was lucky enough to compete professionally in two different sports and had some amazing coaches guide me through my own journey. I wanted to use that experience to help guide other people through theirs.
