I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer and CIMSPA-registered, with a background in strength training, conditioning and running. I help people get stronger, move better and feel more confident, whether they’re starting out or returning to fitness. My approach is supportive but progressive, with an emphasis on good technique, quality movement and finding the right level of challenge for each person. I worked with a runner who wanted to build strength but had never trained specifically for it. We focused on technique and consistency, and they went on to run their next half-marathon several minutes faster than their previous best. Seeing that progress carry over into their running was hugely rewarding. I became a PT to turn my own passion for training into helping others feel stronger and more capable. I want every client to feel listened to, supported and genuinely invested in their progress.
