I’m a master’s-qualified, accredited Strength & Conditioning professional with experience lecturing in S&C and publishing research in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes — from fitness enthusiasts to Professional, Paralympic and Olympic competitors. My coaching blends strong scientific foundations with real-world, practical experience, allowing me to support people at every stage of performance, return-to-play, or rehabilitation, helping them achieve meaningful, lasting results.
Originally an athlete, I competed as a national-level junior rower before transitioning into coaching within the sport following a back injury. That experience sparked my passion for athlete development and ultimately led me into Strength & Conditioning and rehabilitation. Today, I work as an S&C coach, drawing on both my athletic and coaching background to better understand the physical and mental demands athletes face. I have a genuine love for sports, and in my own time you’ll usually find me lifting weights, surfing, swimming, running, cycling, or skiing — staying active myself helps me remain connected to the process and the people I coach.
