I work with people who want to learn how to train with structure, improve their technique and build the confidence and knowledge to make long-term progress in strength, muscle and physique. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer with four years of coaching experience, I believe training should be structured, simple, efficient and enjoyable, giving people the tools to become strong, independent lifters. One client came to me having never trained before. She was shy, felt intimidated by the gym and wanted to lose weight. In just three months, she lost 6kg without extreme dieting, finding a style of training that worked with her lifestyle rather than taking it over. She’s now confident walking into any gym on her own and remains committed to her training. I genuinely love lifting and sharing what I know, helping people work towards their fitness goals through the struggles, challenges, highs and wins along the way.
