My coaching gives you a clear, realistic structure around training. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Level 4 Nutrition Coach, with experience coaching clients both in person and online. My approach is centred around strength training, progressive programming, and helping people build sustainable habits around training and nutrition. One client, Lucia, came to me focused on losing weight and improving her confidence with training. She’s since made a huge change in her body composition, built serious strength, including a 150kg hip thrust for 8 reps, and is now focused on getting stronger rather than simply seeing the number on the scale go down.
