I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and dietitian with five years of experience, specialising exclusively in calisthenics-style training for athletes of all ages and abilities. With a background in gymnastics, I help busy adults build functional strength, mobility and confidence through bodyweight training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching. My approach is centred around listening to each client's feedback and tailoring sessions to their needs, knowing when to push and when to focus on the missing links, often mobility. I help clients master movements such as handstands, muscle-ups and planches, while developing strength and fitness they can take anywhere. I've helped one client unlock their first handstand in just three months, another progress from zero to 11 pull-ups in six months at the age of 50, and another lose 30kg through a tailored exercise and nutrition plan.
