I specialise in helping young women build strength and confidence in their bodies, particularly those who may not know where to start in the gym. With six years of experience and Level 2, Level 3 Personal Training, and Pre- and Postnatal qualifications, I structure strength sessions around clear programming and provide practical lifestyle advice to support progress beyond training days. I’m also currently working towards my Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification. One client came to me not knowing how to squat and, after a few months of training together, was lifting a barbell. She has also seen her confidence and mindset grow outside the gym. I became a PT because I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger and more confident.
