I work with women who have started over more times than they can count and are ready to make this time different. With a BSc in Human Nutrition & Exercise Science, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritionist qualifications, my approach goes beyond workouts and nutrition plans. I specialise in nervous system regulation, because lasting change isn’t just about knowing what to do — it’s about feeling safe enough to do it consistently, even when life gets hard. Every programme I write is designed to help you build strength, confidence and an identity that supports the woman you’re becoming. One of my favourite examples of this came when a fellow personal trainer asked me to handle the nutrition for her photoshoot prep. We had eight weeks, a deadline that couldn’t move, and a client who would spot a shortcut from a mile away. She hit it. There’s no harder audience than someone who does the job themselves, and no better endorsement than earning their trust. I do this because I want to spare women the exhaustion of constantly starting over. Working with me means we don’t just focus on what you eat or how you train — we work on your nervous system, your relationship with yourself and, ultimately, who you believe you are.
