I help people build strength, muscle and a resilient mindset through resistance training. As an MSc-certified trainer, my philosophy is simple: train movements, muscles and mind. I take a science-backed, results-driven approach to coaching, working with everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes. My focus is on mastering the fundamentals, developing proper form and technique, and building the knowledge and structure needed to make lasting progress.
