I specialise in working with corporate professionals and business owners who want to improve their fitness, health and quality of life, while preventing burnout and reducing the risk of injury. I’m a certified Coach and Nutritionist with 12 years’ experience, and I’m currently studying at Masters level in Human Performance, with a focus on helping corporate professionals perform better in their day-to-day lives. One client was told they would need hypertension medication indefinitely. After 12 months of working with us, their health had improved so significantly that their heart specialist was able to take them off the medication. Another client was able to improve their fitness enough to return to hiking and subsequently signed up to hike Mount Everest. My passion has always been about helping people remove the overwhelm and stigma around what it means to be fit. My goal is to help clients build a lifelong foundation for better health and give them the tools to perform at their best.
