I work with high-performing people in the city whose training keeps getting derailed by busy schedules, stress, or the same injury resurfacing. My job is to build a structured strength and conditioning system that holds up in real life. Most recently, I worked within a Premier League Elite Performance team and now coach privately, bringing 6+ years of experience across elite and recreational sport alongside UKSCA accreditation and an MSc in Physiology. My approach is precise but practical: evidence-based programming, objective feedback, and sessions built around how you actually live. That comes from my own multi-sport background and a curiosity about how the body really works, I want to understand your body, not just train it. For example, one 56-year-old client came to me two months after a shoulder fracture, with just three months to prepare for a 500km, five-day cycling challenge. The injury had shaken his confidence more than his fitness, so we rebuilt his strength, restored his confidence, developed his endurance base, and structured his fuelling. By race day, he completed all five days comfortably.
