I love working with adults who want to get stronger, move better, and stay active. I help them build strength and mobility, manage aches and stiffness, and feel more confident in their bodies. I’ve been a PT for over 10 years, with a BSc in Physical Education and extensive experience in exercise rehabilitation. I’m currently studying an MSc in Physiotherapy, and my approach is evidence-based, supportive, and tailored to each person, with a focus on building strength and mobility. One client I worked with for nearly two years initially lacked confidence training in the gym. Over time, she became stronger and more confident, and even after we stopped working together, she continued training independently. Knowing I helped someone build habits that lasted beyond our sessions is something I’m really proud of. I became a PT because I love movement and helping people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
