As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I have 2.5 years of experience coaching online and in person, alongside five years as a fitness instructor coaching group fitness. I work with beginner to intermediate-level clients, taking a supportive and encouraging approach that is realistic and honest. One client came to me feeling like she had ‘tried everything’ to lose body fat and build muscle. Over 18 months, we stripped back her training to three sessions a week, alongside a class she enjoyed, and worked through her all-or-nothing mindset around food and alcohol. She lost three stone and, more importantly, has never felt more confident in herself and her abilities. Having previously worked as a corporate events manager, I understand the challenges of balancing a busy career with a fitness journey. I’m a realistic coach and will never reprimand you for missing targets here and there.
