I specialise in helping women of all ages reach their full athletic potential, whether they’re beginners or experienced athletes. My focus is on building strength, conditioning and functional skills that transfer into everyday life. As a Canfitpro Certified Personal Training Specialist with four years of experience coaching women, I previously managed a boutique women-only strength training club as Head Coach, creating programmes for over 200 women aged 18–75. One of my oldest clients was 75 and came to me knowing she needed to improve her strength and mobility as she was developing arthritis, despite not enjoying the gym. After training together for close to a year, she told me that our sessions had become the highlight of her week. She could also do things that had once been difficult, like putting her trousers on while standing up and getting up from the floor with ease. I want everyone to understand how capable their body is, not for how it looks, but for how it allows them to live a strong life without restriction. I believe we are all athletes in our own lives.
