I’m a Movement Muse with over 30 years of experience in functional training and mobility. My background spans 18 years as a professional dancer and choreographer, alongside 13 years as a nutritional chef. I bring these disciplines together through a holistic approach to movement and wellbeing. My interest in fitness began in my teens, when I spent five years at a sports college. After working in Los Angeles in my early 20s, I continued developing my knowledge and practical experience, combining everything I’ve learned into my own approach to wellness. My teachings are also shaped by personal experience, including living with misaligned hips, scoliosis and overpronation, as well as navigating injury recovery. These experiences have given me a personal understanding of the importance of mobility, balance and working with the body. I bring together movement, nutrition and lived experience to help others build a more connected, practical approach to their wellbeing.
