I specialise in working with women in their 40s and 50s who want to regain control of their health and build sustainable habits. I’m a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with 7 years’ experience, alongside over 20 years of teaching group exercise. My approach is kind and supportive, while also being firm and honest, helping clients make lasting changes and achieve their goals. My clients often become confident and autonomous in maintaining their health after working with me. One client was so inspired by her own journey that, after several years of training with me, she went on to become a Pilates instructor herself. I love sharing my passion for fitness and wellbeing, having gone through my own transformation. Inspiring others to achieve their goals is what motivates me most.
