I help ambitious professionals build strength, both physically and mentally, through progressive training and a psychology-led approach. With seven years of experience as a Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer and a degree in Psychology, I combine structured training with honest feedback and an understanding of the mindset behind lasting change. One client came to me as a surgeon with a wedding approaching, long working hours and a gym membership she rarely used. I built a programme around her schedule and helped her reframe her approach to exercise and nutrition. She became stronger, felt stronger in theatre and more confident on her wedding day, and continued training with me afterwards. I returned to personal training after being affected by a brain tumour and having to rebuild my own strength and mindset. When you work with me, you can expect honest accountability, zero judgement and someone who is just as invested in your consistency as you are.
