I am a medical doctor, yoga practitioner, and yoga teacher with a passion for helping people improve their health, mobility, and overall wellbeing through a holistic approach to movement and relaxation. My medical background provides me with a unique understanding of the human body, allowing me to combine my scientific knowledge with the traditional practices of yoga and mindfulness, to address key aspects of physical wellbeing such as mobility, balance, flexibility, posture, body awareness, and nervous system regulation. Many people spend long hours sitting at desks, commuting, or working in positions that can contribute to poor posture, stiffness, and lower back discomfort. Through yoga, I help individuals improve posture, increase flexibility, develop core strength, and enhance mobility, all of which can play an important role in supporting long-term musculoskeletal health and reducing everyday aches and pains. Regular stretching can help maintain joint health, improve movement quality, reduce stiffness, and support healthy ageing. These are areas that are often overlooked when focusing solely on strength training or cardiovascular exercise. In addition to movement-based practices, I also guide meditation and Yoga Nidra sessions, providing opportunities for deep relaxation, restoration, and recovery. These practices can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and promote a greater sense of wellbeing. My aim is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where people of all abilities can experience the benefits of movement, mindfulness, and rest. By combining my experience as a doctor with my passion for yoga, I support individuals in developing sustainable practices that enhance both physical health and overall wellbeing.
